Canada Day

Happy Canada Day! This year is the 150th Canada Day. To celebrate I made macarons, and created a special make up look for this special day.

I made a delicious macaron filled with a cream cheese frosting! I wanted to make sure all of the colours matched the Canadian Flag. Although I keep undermixing my macaron batter!

I promise that they’re delicious! I shared them with a lot of other people.

I also created a Canada Day inspired make up look.

I did a base of pink shadows, but I felt that it wasn’t festive enough. I used a liquid lipstick and blotted it with my fingers on my lids.

I lined my eyes with a red liner, and then traced the outside with a white eye liner.

It’s a little bit difficult to see in this photo, but after I applied mascara, I tinted the tips of my lashes with my red eyeliner.

I applied a glitter primer around my eye liner. Finally I used an eyeshadow brush and applied gold glitter. It reminds me of a firework!
