I received the Catelli Bistro VoxBox from Influenster, and let me tell you this— I’m rating it a 5/5 crowns.
The box itself comes with a kale and pasta salad recipe that is honestly to die for! The sauce that they teach you to make is super easy, and I’ve been using it as a dipping sauce for roasted cauliflower.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a huge sucker for pasta. I should honestly have been born Italian. This is the first box that I found the cooking instructions to be spot on. A lot of the times, i find cooking instructions for pasta to lead to extremely undercooked pasta, or way overcooked. The suggested time on the box gave me the perfect al dente bite.
