For Mother’s Day, I went to the Scarborough Town Centre Flower Market.
I had heard about the event through Instagram, and snuck out on a Friday mid day with one of my friends. We needed to get some gifts for Mother’s Day.
I went in the middle of the day to avoid the traffic at the market.
There beautiful bouquets of flowers. I got my mom a nice one too.
I loved the assortment of flowers and different colours that each one had. It was all very spring and pretty.
They even had paper flowers so that your gift to Mom can last forever.
There was stationary as well as little cute pins. I was actually more interested in their gold and glass display box.
There were also a lot of different cards and paper gifts.
There were even things for weddings.
They had a lot of Photo Booth signs.
they were selling cards as well as my favourite flowers; orchids.
Even Papabubble was there! They hand make all of their delicious candies.
This was the bouquet that I got for my mom. The bouquets are from Blossom Moments.
For my grandma, I got her a cactus. The top of the cement pot is painted in rose gold metallic pink. My mom and I are both black thumbs, but my grandmother has an amazing green thumb.
But of course, I did dress up a bit for the occasion.
